I don't get how they parents can refuse. Back in the day, we got expelled for bad behavior or temporarily suspended. No arguments were accepted. But I guess what? fear of a lawsuit? now means the parents have a choice whether to allow the school to expel their kid or keep the murderous MF in a packed classroom. Likely they refused to take him for fear he might kill them. "Leave him in school, we sure don't want him at home with that loaded gun! LOL"
