They do not exist, sadly. I toughed it out for decades in an office (law firm) . The best I ever found was Abella, "true comfort." I got both navy and black "kitten heel" pumps at DSW. Nice thick padded insoles, and the lowest heel I could find. Thanks for sharing, Anna. I try to stick to wedges (which I know are not as elegant but they're more stable than heels). It is so frustrating that no one has designed comfortable but elegant dress shoes!
